We're Experienced! Our experienced staff has served a multitude of families, builders, and business clients throughout the Puget Sound area and beyond. We'll design your building to meet all applicable codes enabling you to secure any necessary construction bids and permits without delay.

A Word from the President: As the president of Design Lines, I strive to provide quality service while maintaining affordability.

My involvement in the construction industry began in 1963 and I have been a building designer since 1975. My education includes a B.S. in architecture with a minor in structural engineering. I'm looking forward to working with you on your next project. We strive to maintain a comfortable atmosphere that is open to interaction without sacrificing professionalism or quality.
